Referral Procedure

Students in need of assistance are referred to Student Support Services through a collaborative process involving parents, principal and other school staff and/or physicians and community agencies.  Schools must obtain the written consent of a parent or guardian in order for clinical members of our team to become involved with a student under the age of 18 years.  

Parents may obtain further information by contacting their school Principal, Resource Teacher or Guidance Counselor.
